Our menu will feature fresh hand made pasta dishes. We want to offer some regionally traditional dishes from Rome and Emilia-Romagna that will be familiar, such as cacio e pepe, carbonara, and lasagne, but also showcase our seasonality and local farmers with inventive pasta dishes, small plates, and entrees. Our menu will change regularly as produce is in season. A majority of our pasta dishes will have a gluten free pasta substitute, and our small plates and entree dishes will feature a variety of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, and vegan dishes.
In keeping with our Northern Italian inspiration, don't be surprised to find things such as balsamic vinegar and amaro, a type of Italian herbal liqueur, making its way into cocktails. The cocktail program will be focused on creativity, quality, and balance.
Our Patio Spritz Bar menu will focus on light, refreshing and bubbly cocktails, as well as beer and wine.
